Acceptance of Terms

By using the SmartDocto service, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Service Description

SmartDocto provides an AI document processing platform that enables automated data extraction from uploaded documents, template management, and integration with your systems through API and webhooks.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • •Securing your account and password
  • •All activity performed under your account
  • •Accuracy of information provided during registration
  • •Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • ✗Use the service for illegal purposes
  • ✗Attempt to harm or disrupt the service
  • ✗Gain unauthorized access to systems
  • ✗Abuse or harass users or employees
  • ✗Violate intellectual property rights

Data Ownership

Your data:

  • •You retain full ownership of all uploaded documents
  • •You grant us a license to process your data for service provision
  • •You may request deletion of your data at any time

Payments and Subscriptions

  • •Billing occurs monthly in advance
  • •Billing is done via bank transfer
  • •Refund terms are governed by individual agreement
  • •You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period

Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for:

  • •Violation of these terms
  • •Non-payment of invoices
  • •Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • •Harm to the service or other users

Warranty and Liability

  • •The service is provided "as is"
  • •We provide no warranties regarding availability or accuracy of the service
  • •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email 30 days in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Prague.
