What happens after I submit the form?
We will get back to you within one business day with a proposal for an introductory call. On the call, we will walk through your documents, processes, target accounting system, and the timeline for launching a pilot.
What exactly will we discuss on the introductory call?
The document types you want to process, the approximate monthly volume, your existing approval process, and the target accounting system. Based on that, we will propose a pilot configuration and a deployment timeline.
Do we need to sign an NDA before sending sample documents?
If you require an NDA, we will sign it. By default, we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) under GDPR. We add an NDA on top where the client requests it.
Can I request a proposal by email only, without a meeting?
Yes. A short description of the document types, approximate volume, and target accounting system is enough. We recommend a meeting for a more precise proposal, but it is not required.
What happens to our inquiry if we do not move forward?
We keep your contact details under GDPR for the purpose of handling your inquiry and according to the retention schedule in the privacy policy. We do not use them for marketing without your separate consent.
