Who is the partnership for, and in what form?
For IT firms, system integrators, accounting firms, and development agencies that deploy their own solutions at their clients (ERP, custom applications, accounting outsourcing). SmartDocto becomes a component of your project, not a standalone product you resell on the side. We arrange each cooperation individually based on the project type.
Do I need technical knowledge for the integration?
For a standard implementation (templates, approvals, connecting to an ERP via REST API or SFTP) product training is enough. For more complex integration (custom reference integrations, custom workflow, white-label), technical cooperation between your developers and our team is recommended.
What if a client needs a custom adjustment?
Standard configuration (document types, validation rules, approval rulesets, integrations) can be handled by the partner after training. For requirements outside of standard functionality, we will review the option together, propose a solution, and agree on scope and cost.
