Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free pilot, no credit card and no commitments. You test with your own documents and full functionality including approvals, integrations, and export.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
How does billing work?
Payment is made by bank transfer based on an invoice. We bill monthly or annually, in EUR.
What happens when I reach my document limit?
You will receive a notification when approaching the limit. You can upgrade your plan or contact us for a custom solution.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
Yes, we offer three options: cloud (SaaS), private cloud in your Azure or AWS, and full on-premise. For private cloud and on-premise, we provide implementation, training, and ongoing support. Pricing is handled individually.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each company's data is strictly isolated, accessible only to authorized users within that organization. All communication is encrypted, sensitive data is encrypted in the database. Data stored in the EU. Every change is logged in a full audit trail.
How does AI processing work with my documents?
We use OpenAI models via Azure AI Foundry for document processing. We also support Anthropic, Mistral AI and AWS Bedrock. All providers operate in zero-data-retention mode, your data is not stored or used for training. All extracted data remains exclusively in your instance.
