Pricing FAQ

Which plan is right for us?
Compare monthly document volume, user count, required integrations, templates, and processing rules. If the standard limits are not sufficient or you need a different deployment model, we will prepare a custom proposal.
What counts toward the monthly document limit?
Every document received by SmartDocTO during the billing period counts, regardless of the input channel. Deleting a document does not restore used quota.
What is included in a plan and what is priced separately?
Each plan card lists its document, user, storage, external role, integration, template, and rule limits. A custom connector, bespoke template, private cloud, or deployment in your own infrastructure may require a separate proposal.
What happens when the document limit is used up?
SmartDocTO stops accepting further documents until a new billing period starts or the limit is increased. Current usage and remaining capacity are visible in the application.
Can we change the plan or billing settings later?
A higher limit or plan can be arranged during the current period. A reduction takes effect from the next billing period when usage fits the new limits. The order confirms the billing period and payment terms.
